What we solve.
Stop selling. Start solving is a 6-part programme designed specifically to help agencies communicate their value effectively and discover opportunity at the moments that really matter – in the room with clients.
It’s business, but also theatre. Delivered exclusively by co-founders Simon Wylie and Neil Mullarkey, the programme combines both business and theatre to teach how, using the creative process of crafting and telling stories, participants learn how to lead and manage the uncertain moments of DISCOVERY with clients - to successfully uncover opportunity and communicate value.
-
Ahead of the group sessions, we work with participants individually to understand their role and aptitude.
-
We show how a different framing and strategic approach using creative storytelling can communicate and create client trust and belief, going beyond conventional selling and new business techniques.
-
We demonstrate how the skills of improvisational theatre (‘improv’) can transform client conversations so opportunities can be grasped and challenges solved.
Individually and collectively, participants experience a new way of seeing interactions, using ‘intentive listening’ to build rapport, humour and fruitful collaboration.
-
We bring in real client scenarios (garnered from our initial consultation) where we provide the space to explore techniques in-situ together, with constructive feedback and assessment.
-
Conventional training workshops end at the final session. You are then left alone.
We don’t do that, and you are not left alone. We run a check-in session to ensure that we can measure progress, embed adoption and deal with any questions, and scenarios that may have arisen.
-
Learning how to communicate to solve, rather than sell is a new language. The more fluent you are, the more confident and accomplished you become, thereby instilling a culture of continuous adoption, practice and mastery.
